Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a treatment with Amoke Skincare. We cannot wait to begin this healthy skin journey with you. Appointment booking is fully automated, which means you can book your treatments 24/7 via our Fresha portal. Please ensure you read our booking policy thoroughly before continuing with your booking.

BOOKING POLICY

50% of total treatment value is required at the time of booking or appointment will not be secured. Please note payment of deposit confirms appointment. Amoke Skincare offers an appointment only service and as such walk-ins are generally not accepted. Should you wish to come in without an appointment, please call first to ensure we can accommodate you. We are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment. Therefore we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment at no extra cost. Not giving 24 hours' notice to reschedule and not turning up for your booked appointment will be considered a no-show and the 50% deposit paid will be forfeited. Consider this the cancellation fee. Booked appointments can only be cancelled and refunds given if there is an error on the part of Amoke Skincare. In the event of any rescheduled appointments, service must be redeemed within 30 days or payment will be forfeited.

We ask that you consider other clients’ scheduled appointments and arrive on time. Lateness exceeding 15 minutes past the appointment time will result in you being charged a 10% lateness fee, your appointment being shortened or rescheduled and/or you may experience long waiting times until a therapist is available. 

 

As a courtesy to our clients, Amoke Skincare provides appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid missed  appointments. Please check your email/text/phone 24 hours prior to your appointment time for the final confirmation. You MUST respond to this or your appointment will be rescheduled. Ultimately, the responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment is yours. If an appointment is missed, this will be considered a no-show and your 50% deposit or cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that sometimes, life happens and you just cannot make it, in such cases, after the cancellation fee has been charged, in order to proceed with future treatments at Amoke Skincare, an attempt to reschedule must be made within seven (7) business days. Any attempts beyond this period are at the sole discretion of Amoke Skincare. 

 

This policy is non-negotiable. By booking appointments with Amoke Skincare, you are agreeing to these terms.

Appointment Checklist

1. Kindly come in without makeup if you are receiving a facial treatment or consultation.

2. Photos would be taken prior, during and after treatments for clinical documentation.
